If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have ensured our returns & refunds process is simple and free of charge. If you have purchased online from us, we have extended the return period to 28 days from when your purchase is received.

How To Return Your Purchase On

Option 1. Your Post Office – ROI & NI Customers

  • Step 1 Complete your returns form.
  • Step 2 Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging with your completed returns form enclosed.
  • Step 3 Ensure that your package is securely sealed and attach the pre-paid postage label (found on your dispatch note) to the outside of package.
  • Step 4 Bring your parcel to your local Post Office and request proof of postage. Please keep this safe. You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.

Option 2. Return in store - ROI & NI Customers

You can return products to

with your order confirmation email and dispatch note. Items must be returned within the 28 day timeframe and be in a saleable condition.

Please note:

All items must be returned within the specified time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us unused, in its original condition, in original undamaged packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached (where applicable).

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorizing refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only). Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days from date of receipt depending on your bank.
